Tax preparation includes individual or business federal and state (multiple) returns to be e-filed with local returns when available. Direct deposit and direct debit are included.  Most of the returns are finished on the initial appointment and e-filed while the tax return is being printed. I also provide a digital copy of the tax return that is e-mailed, in addition to the paper return.

I perform an extensive interview process which clients do not expect because simply having a W-2 from your employer is not enough to have your taxes prepared thoroughly. There are tax credits and deductions available that increase a refund or reduce tax liability that the average taxpayer is not aware is available.
